what's with the programs in regards of linguistics in my school? there is only a great input towards lang acq and almost zero focus on theory or semantics and syntax, it pisses me off. it ain't fair and its well underway a counter movement to arise from the need of those of us who want those areas explored in our region.
im sending a letter to the dean and the president, you can bet that.
